lil wayne tattoo trend

Lil Wayne is one of the most controversial as well as watched music artist at the moment because of his talents and more even more intriguing lifestyle, persona, and eccentric tattoos covering his entire body. The most noted tattoos would probably be the tattoos on his face which include, "I Am Music," a series of cracks, 3 to 4 tattoo tears, and the notorious "Fear of God" tattooed on his eyelids. There is no question that Lil Wayne stands out from most artists not only with his music, but also his tattoos.
There are reports of Lil Wayne having a certain amount of tattoos, but realistically, there is no counting all of his tattoos. Most people aren't even aware of the tattoos he has running across his legs all the way up his thighs. Even if you were to count every single tattoo on his body, it would always be changing with the constant addition of tattoos along with cover ups and tattoos on top of other tattoos. It seems like he gets a new tattoo every week. Not only is he continuously adding tattoos to his face, but he's even got a tattoo of a smiley face on the inside of his bottom lip. To be even more different, he's even gotten ultraviolet tattooed stars on his face.
There has been a lot of controversy about his 4 tattoo tears that he has on his face with one of which he has recently covered up with some sort of symbol. He has two tattoo tears under his right eye, one below his left eye, and a last tattoo tear to the left side of his mouth. He stated that the reason for covering up one of the tattoo tear was because his mother said that he had too many and needed to get rid of one. Now everyone seems to have their own opinion of explanation behind his tattoo tears, claiming its how many people he's killed or how many family member's he has lost. What most people do not know is that he publicly stated that he simply got the tattoo tears because he wanted to see how it looked and after getting one he decided to add more.
Along with Lil Wayne's astounding musical career, much conversation about this famous rap star has focused on the stunning tattoos that brand his body. Some people do not like the tattoos and many others find them a work of art. Whatever your opinion may be, one thing for certain is that he definitely generates a lot of controversy along with album sales.
When searching the internet blogs and websites, you will find many different answers to the amount of tattoos Lil Wayne actually has. Reports have included 59, 103, and 364. He definitely has a lot of tattoos. Perhaps keeping the total number of tattoos unknown provides more intrigue to the rapper.
There has been much discussion about the meaning of the three teardrops which he has tattooed directly below his eyes. These tattoos have had a number of interpretations. Some people say that the teardrops represent the number of people the person has killed. However, Lil Wayne has clearly reported that he has never killed another person. Others have suggested that the teardrops may represent three of his close friends who have died, given that he has two tears below one of his eyes and one tear below the other eye. It may represent two separate instances when his loved ones died. The other meaning of a tear tattoo is the number of years one has served in prison. Lil Wayne has served time in prison.
Lil Wayne has a tattoo of a letter "C" tattooed in between his eyebrows. Some people have said that it means Carter which is his last name. Others have said the C represents 'Cita', for his mother. Some people suggest that the C may also mean that he is a Christian. He got the C tattoo right after he got out of jail. There is a cross above the "C" that may indicate that he believes in God.
He has the word "fear and God" on his eyelids. He also has a red tattoo above his right eyebrow which reads "I am music." Lil Wayne has said that he has a deep love for music and he owes his success to a lot of people who work in the business.
1. "A-GUN" the words "a-gun" are tattooed on the palm of Lil Wayne, you know like "I have "a gun" in the palm of my hand" super lame idea for a tattoo and a bad place to get one. The palm is notorious for poor healing and needing to be touched up often.
2. "Stars" Lil Weezy has covered a three to four inch portion of the left side of his face with stars. He once had a tear drop tattooed under his eye it was covered with a small tribal tattoo, now there are about nine or ten stars surrounding the tribal piece.
3. "Confederate flag" He has a Confederate battle flag tattooed across his stomach and going onto his rib cage, above the large flaming "Cash Money" logo. One can only wonder what he was thinking getting such a controversial symbol tattooed so boldly on his body.
4. "ESPN Logo" Lil Wayne has the ESPN logo tattooed on his left arm above his elbow. It is in bold black lettering identical to the actual logo itself and is about four inches long. Lil Wayne Has several logo tattoos including a prominent Rolls Royce tattoo.
5. "Smiley face" Weezy has a smiley face tattooed on his inner lip. The inner lip is a terrible place to get tattooed, the tissue is very soft making it hard for the artist to apply the ink in an acceptable way. Even done by a professional tattoo artist in the best of circumstances a lip tattoo will always lead to problems for the owner.
